Gypsum Ceiling Tiles Specifications
o We have different types of tiles (Mineral Fiber, Metal and Gypsum) of various shapes and thicknesses. Tiles are installed using T channels (T60, T120, T360 and corner angle molding) The molding is suspended to the fixed ceiling using TIG Welded Bolt, A L shape bracket for easier installation
o another suspended ceiling type is of lightweight Pet Film Laminated Gypsum Ceiling Tiles for water and moisture protection/ White PVC facing / (antibacterial – chemical proof – non toxic) of different shapes, washable or Vinyl Faced od special specs (antibacterial – chemical proof – non toxic – fire retardant – of different colors and shapes, washable)

Suspended Gypsum Ceilings
Application Requirements:
o The Employer / the contractor shall at first, before applying the suspended ceiling, coordinate the grid coordinates with other technical services to ensure that all ceiling related activities are accomplished including industrial safety works, Central HVAC, Speakers and others.
o the contractor shall check the surfaces upon which the ceiling will be suspended and ensure that they are free and clear from any defects, are ceiling related load bearable on different required levels Installation pattern
o The suspended ceiling is installed by placing the ceiling on the wall balanced not tilted on any angle. Panels / ceiling units are only mounted on metal brackets after making sure that surface is horizontally balanced
o Suspended Gypsum Ceilings are installed per square meters using German /French imported 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards/panels with GI 0.06 mm thick channels, installed on GI channels at 60 cm distance each born on the main tie U steel channels. Unlike Omega Channels , each 120 cm are suspended using TIG Welded bolts from the concrete ceiling fastened by 6mm eyelet, using necessary bolts, screws, joint tapes and paste

2- Gypsum partitions
Application requirements
o partitions are measured as per to be covered areas, subject to shop drawings and price (per sq. m) complete with metal structure, suspension hangers and other equipment and workmanship, and labor items required for works to be carried out
o Internal partitions (adjustable, demountable, re-installable) price is per sq. meter per part. Price includes required material, equipment, supplies, workmanship and labor. arrangements to coordinate with other trades are taken such as power and computer cabling conduits and all other work related items Installation pattern
o The contractor shall check all dimensions and distances as set for the partitions works and ensure that all other pre-installation activities are accomplished, including flooring, false ceilings and others. It shall take due arrangements to coordinate between these activities and false ceilings works in order to set partitions mounting locations, the same goes with electrical connections works for due cabling requirements.
o Partitions are to be fastened in their set positions under the used module pattern to allow gaps related to other works, such as electrical works and others. Electricity related power sockets, computer cabling sockets and lighting switches are to be mounted in their places. All partitions are to be aligned and all related joints, angles and related doors are checked in places.
